Human Resource Management (BA)
An introduction to human resource management and its historical evolution, organized in seven modules: what HRM is, HRM and strategy, international HRM, people resourcing, managing performance, managing reward, and human resource development. Sessions combine case studies and critical discussion with practical workshops, including exercises in Excel.
